US Removing Half The Marines From Okinowa

From the point of view of the locals, the problem is 1/2 solved. They want the US out. We don't need to be there, and should clear out totally. PS, it's more than a "tweak"

Sounds like a good idea to me. We have Guam, Hawaii, The Philipines and new deals going down in Australia. Get the hell out of Japan. And let me toss in Germany.
