Bolivia Nationalises Energy

How this is not like what the US did with Banks and Car makers is, these energy companies were NOT failing. They were also not companies owned within the Country. I can't see how anyone would want to invest in South America, when these counties do this crap, after they have all of the infrastructure put in place by forign investers.
