Foreclosures On The Rise By 14%

Pretty amazing, the banks have nothing to do with these homes onve vacated.  Many are being demolished.  You still have to pay the proprty tax...

Is the end game to just have a bunch of empty realestate?  Mostly in horrible locations (economically speaking).  Why not re-finance??? 

It's why the big banks will fail again.  And this time, there will be no bail out.  There would be a head on revolt in the country.  The kind with blood and dead people.

My Bank Has Been Sold...

Yep, Provident is going ahead now with the switch to M&T Bank. I got this package in the mail yesterday and this is going to be a pain in the ass. The print is so small, I don't know if people with poor eye sight are even going to be able to read them. I worry for the elderly, who may need help making the switch and reading the documents. Some might dismiss it as junk mail.

If the account number changes I will have to get new checks too. I haven't read deep enough into the "packet" to figure that out. This is going to kill my whole weekend, because they didn't give us a simple timeline of when to do what...

At least the PIN on my check card won't change. I rarely use it.

I wonder if any of the assholes that have ripped off America (and the rest of the world) in the process of triple packaging bad loans and trading them down (making billions in the process) feel at all bad about stuff like this? At all?

They won't read this, they did the same thing Bernie Madoff tried to do, send the assets away for safe keeping. I don't know about you, but my jeans have a big red spot where my ass is, and I am not on my period. Welcome to unregulated democracy!
