Burma Ready To Turn Things Around??

I would be lying if I didn't say I was doubtful, but heck...you never know. If they want to talk, we should talk. The talks need to include China though, or it's a waste of time. China has enjoyed pillaging Burma for so long and paying off the Junta to do it, they have to buy into any changes.
