Copy this into notepad and save it as regfix.reg on your Windows PC desktop.

Then, right click on the file and select Merge. If you then close and reopen your browser and go to CNN, NYT, BBC and a lot of other sites and check out the difference. No ads...

You can do all of these things yourself. Anytime you wind up at one of those sites that won't stop asking you to install some software, in IE, click tools, internet options, security tab, restricted sites, sites button and add the annoying site to your list of things to block.
