The story focus' on Black people, but I think it's a huge failure of parenting. Not a racial thing. It was a mandate in my family that you WILL LEARN TO SWIM WELL, and that is something I passed on to both my children.

Fucking learn to swim if you don't know how. If you don't want to learn, stay away from the water. Thinning of the herd.
