The Rebels are now infused with the majority of the Army, and they mean to take Tripoli. Oh, they have tanks....
People are signing up in droves and registering to join the Rebels. People from all walks of life. A transitional government is being established to maintain basic services in most of the country. This sooo smells of CIA support.
