• SB 70 authorizes the Morticians Board to require mental exams for applicants. Hitting the important stuff..
• SB 32/HB 59 defer property tax on disabled people. Who only in Anne Arundle County??
• SB 111 extends the validity of Drivers Liscences/ID from 4 to 8 years (if you are 21)!! Less time at the DMV = Win.
• SB 114 repeals the need for hazardous waste drivers get a certification. Good for business, bad for everyone else. We will see how this pans out.
• SB 116 relaxes penalties on overweight trucks, as long the carrier has not had a similar violation in the last year, and the violation is less than 5000 Lbs. Pro busines change.
• SB 193 defines Honey: http://mlis.state.md.us/2012rs/bills/sb/sb0193t.pdf Interesting read, WTF?
• SB 214 reduces penalty for carrying less than 10 grams of pot.  Just legalize it...
• SB 309 requires Mopeds and Scooters get a liscence.  I support this because these slow assed scooters really fuck up traffic, and they feel so "entitled" to be in the middle of the road.
• SB 344 lets Dental Hygenist's administer the novacaine (after training).  That should work out really well.  They might get to do the drilling next?
• SB 350 removes the need to be certified to do Sleep Studies after January 1 2013.  Everyone will have an Apnea machine in just a few years.. Fucking idiots.
