So you jump out of a plane at 13,500 feet.

You notice one jumper whack another and appear unconscious.

You are falling at about 250 feet per second (terminal velocity), that is less than a minute till you hit the ground. So you go into a "superman" like dive to catch up.

You pull the rip chord for the diver, then your own at 3500 feet.
