Bill kind-of looks like the kid who got picked on all the time and laughed nervously in Middle School. People have to realize that they have gay, straight and bi people in their state (the whole country).
They are Americans Bill. They deserve the same rights under the Constitution. Quoting the 14th Amendment: No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
That will be overturned...dumbass.
