NOAA just released an update to their hurricane season “prediction”. Based on the lines on their palms, they are not backing off the prediction of a 85% chance of an above average Hurricane season; http://www.noaanews.noaa.gov/stories2007/s2905.htm
I bet these guys are all for legalizing pot too, because they must be smoking quite a bit of it. “Dude, let me see the palm of your hand!”
Personally, I am neutral on the matter of legalizing it, because I am not a user. I would note that the majority of people who use it that I do know, are losers.
